First, ensure the supply of clean compressed air Compressed air usually contains impurities such as moisture, oil and dust. Selecting a suitable filter can remove impurities in the compressed air, and the accumulated liquid should be removed in time when using the filter, otherwise the airflow can still roll up the accumulated material when the accumulated liquid approaches the baffle. Second, ensure that the air contains the right amount of lubricant. Most pneumatic actuators and control components require moderate lubrication. If the lubrication is poor, the following faults will occur: ① insufficient thrust of the cylinder due to increased friction resistance, and the valve core fails to function; ② air leakage due to wear of the sealing material: ③ damage to components and malfunction due to rust. Lubrication method generally uses an oil mist device for spray lubrication, and the oil mist device is generally installed after the filter and the pressure reducing valve. The oil supply of the oil mister should not be too much, usually 1mL of oil per 10m3 of free air (ie 40-50 drops of oil). One way to check whether the lubrication is good is to find a clean white paper and place it near the exhaust port of the reversing valve. If the valve has only light spots on the white paper after three to four cycles of operation, it indicates that Lubrication is good. Third, to ensure the leak tightness of the pneumatic system not only increases the energy consumption, but also leads to a drop in the supply pressure, and even cause the abnormal working of the pneumatic components. Severe air leaks can be easily detected when the pneumatic system stops operating; slight air leaks can be checked with the meter or by applying soap and water. 4. Guarantee the sensitivity of moving parts in pneumatic components. The compressed air discharged from the air compressor contains compressor oil particles with a particle size of 0.01-0.08μm. At high temperatures of 120-220oC, these oil particles will Rapid oxidation, the color of oil particles becomes darker and viscosity increases after oxidation, and gradually solidifies from liquid to oil sludge. Such particles below the μm level cannot be removed by a general filter. When they enter the reversing valve, they attach to the valve core, gradually reducing the sensitivity of the valve, and even causing malfunction. In order to remove oil sludge and ensure sensitivity, an oil mist separator can be installed after the filter of the pneumatic system to separate the oil sludge. In addition, regular valve cleaning can also ensure the sensitivity of the valve. V. Ensure that the pneumatic device has the appropriate working pressure and speed of movement. When adjusting the working pressure, the pressure gauge should work reliably and read accurately. After the pressure reducing valve and the throttle valve are adjusted, the pressure regulating valve cover or the lock nut must be tightened to prevent loosening.
